We will entrust you with:

• Leading research of new and existing products, creating and managing the backlog, and defining user stories

• Delivering timely, value-added products

• Representing and understanding the client's interests and business needs

• Conducting regular checks and getting feedback from stakeholders

• Monitoring the health and development of existing and new projects

• Fostering clear collaboration and communication among stakeholders

• Promoting continuous process improvement and best practices

• Planning and coordinating product releases, including functionality and timelines

• Leading the development team, prioritizing tasks, and setting the direction

• Growing and developing your skills in project and people management

• Mentoring and guiding new colleagues

You are a perfect candidate if you have:

• Previous experience in project management

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills

• Previous experience leading and being an example for a motivated team on the path to success

• Interest in onboarding, training new team members and knowledge sharing

• A growth mindset, with an interest in continuous learning, personal development, and a desire to learn about the industry 

• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English

Not a must but nice to have:

• Experience in eCommerce

• Experience with Magento

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology
