We will entrust you with:

• Ensuring our website is always up to date with fresh content (work with copywriters, designers, etc.)

• Planning and executing engaging storytelling across our social media channels to build a community and showcase our expertise

• Managing email campaigns - from newsletters to company announcements and promotions

• Collaborating with our internal designers and developers to bring marketing ideas to life, ensuring every piece of content published is "pixel-perfect"

• Keeping an eye on how our content performs and finding creative ways to improve our reach and engagement

You are a perfect candidate if you have:

• 1+ year of experience in marketing project management or a similar digital marketing role

• Hands-on experience managing websites, social media platforms, and email automation tools

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple creative tasks and deadlines

• A proactive mindset - you don’t just follow a plan, you look for ways to improve it

• Experience using AI for everyday tasks

• Strong communication skills in both Latvian and English

Not a must but nice to have:

• Familiarity with SEO principles and Google Analytics

• Basic understanding of CMS platforms (Webflow, Framer, etc.) or design tools (Figma/Canva)

• Experience in the IT or eCommerce B2B sector
