We will entrust you with:

• Developing and executing growth strategies that align with company goals

• Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of specialists (SEO and email marketing)

• Taking full ownership of the growth department, defining and tracking key performance indicators to measure the success of growth initiatives

• Stepping in to solve problems and assist with client communication when needed

• Presenting growth strategies and results to key stakeholders

You are a perfect candidate if you have:

• A solid theoretical understanding and practical experience in SEO and email marketing

• A data-driven mindset with proven experience in defining and tracking KPIs

• Excellent organizational skills and high level of discipline

• Adaptability and a proactive approach to learning in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Excellent communication skills

• Fluency both in English and Latvian

Not a must, but nice to have:

• Previous experience in a managerial role

• Prior experience in the field, with an energetic and challenge-driven approach to learning, and a proven ability to quickly pick up new concepts

• Background in eCommerce or agency environments
