Starting Day 1, you’ll be the driving force behind our new cold outreach department. You won't just be following a script; you'll be building the engine from the ground up, supported by a team of industry experts ready to scale our global eCommerce reach.

We will entrust you with:
Building our Cold Outreach department from scratch, including defining our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and lead lists
Executing end-to-end B2B outreach by picking up the phone, crafting personalized emails, and engaging prospects on LinkedIn
Managing the full sequence process, from copywriting high-converting messages to setting up automated follow-ups
Analyzing performance metrics such as open rates, reply rates, and conversion to meetings booked to constantly optimize your approach
Utilizing CRM systems and outreach tools to maintain a systematic and organized sales pipeline

You are a perfect candidate if you have:
Proven B2B cold outreach experience, specifically at least 2+ years working with cold leads (not just inbound/warm leads)
Persistent, systematic, and able to handle rejection while staying motivated mindset
Strong Copywriting skills for LinkedIn and email that prioritize personalization over mass spam
The ability to talk numbers - you can clearly demonstrate your past success with metrics like meetings booked and conversion rates
Full independence in building outreach processes from scratch
Ability to freely communicate in English
Not a must, but nice to have:
Experience within the IT or SaaS sectors
Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, Clay, or Zoominfo
