We will entrust you with:

• Managing the full lifecycle of Shopify and Shopify Plus projects for global brands, from initial research to final release

• Managing backlogs, defining user stories, and prioritizing tasks to ensure we deliver high-value features

• Acting as the primary bridge between clients and developers, ensuring business needs are met through clear communication

• Leading the development team, monitoring project health, and fostering continuous improvement in our workflows

• Planning product releases, overseeing app integrations, and mentoring new colleagues as you grow your own leadership skills

You are a perfect candidate if you have:

• Previous experience in project management

• Proven experience working with Shopify, understanding its features, themes, and app store capabilities

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills

• Previous experience leading and being an example for a motivated team on the path to success

• Interest in onboarding, training new team members and knowledge sharing

• A growth mindset, with an interest in continuous learning, personal development, and a desire to learn about the industry 

• Proficient both in Latvian and English

Not a must but nice to have:

• Experience in eCommerce

• Experience with Magento

• Knowledge of Shopify-specific tools (e.g., Recharge, Klaviyo, or Shopify Flow)

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology
