We will entrust you with:

• Analyzing user behavior, researching competitors, and identifying friction points in the customer journey

• Designing and executing A/B testing roadmaps to validate ideas and drive measurable growth

• Providing actionable insights and recommendations for UX improvements to help our clients earn more

• Translating complex data into clear insights and presenting them to clients and internal teams

• Working with developers and designers to ensure optimization ideas are technically sound and visually effective

You are a perfect candidate if you have:

• Experience in designing, launching, and managing experiments to improve site performance

• Ability to navigate GA4, Clarity, HotJar or similar tools to find drop-off points in the sales funnel

• A solid understanding of eCommerce user journeys and what drives consumer decision-making

• Experience in competitor research and identifying market trends

• Understanding of behavioral psychology and latest trends in eCommerce

• Experience leveraging AI in daily work

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, Figma and UX design principles

• A proactive attitude and the ability to communicate freely in English
