You will work side-by-side with our marketing team, who will support you on the learning journey and guide you through your first major projects. We will entrust you with:

• Collaborating with our experienced Event Manager and the HR team on the planning and execution of internal events (team buildings, celebrations) and external conferences
• Taking ownership of specific event logistics, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Managing communication with vendors, venues, and partners to secure the best solutions
• Coordinating on-site activities to ensure events run seamlessly from start to finish
• Bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table to make our events even better

You are a perfect candidate if you have:

• A natural talent for organization and a passion for making things happen
• Strong confidence in your ability to get things done and take initiative
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure
• A high level of proactiveness—you don’t wait for instructions, you look for solutions
• Ability to communicate freely in both Latvian and English (written and verbal)

Not a must, but nice to have:

• Background in student councils, volunteering, or organizing personal projects
• An eye for design or decoration
