We're looking for a UX/UI Designer / Web Designer!

We're looking for a Web Designer! Starting Day 1 you’ll have a clear onboarding plan to get you acquainted with our brand, tools, and processes. You’ll work closely with our Marketing team and other experienced colleagues who will support you on your learning journey and during your first practical tasks.

We will entrust you with:

• Designing beautiful and effective web pages for our corporate needs (like magebit.com), landing pages, and marketing materials

• Collaborating closely with Marketing, Developers, and other stakeholders to bring creative concepts to life

• Maintaining and evolving our brand's visual identity across various digital platforms

• Opportunity to grow and, in the future, take on eCommerce design projects for the world’s greatest and most innovative brands

You are a perfect candidate if you have:

• 2+ years proven experience as a Website (UI/UX) Designer

• Proficiency in Figma

• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, typography, and visual hierarchy

• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect work

• Interest to work with a team, give and receive feedback, and show proactiveness

• Ability to freely communicate both in English and Latvian

Not a must, but nice to have: 

• Experience in designing for eCommerce (Shopify, Magento, or other platforms)

• Experience in designing websites or landing pages for SaaS

• Curiosity in AI and how it can be helpful in design

• Understanding of HTML & CSS capabilities

• Experience with creating or maintaining a design system
