We will entrust you with:

• Developing and executing our external marketing strategy across social media channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
• Planning and scheduling a content calendar, and collaborating with designers to create engaging visuals, from social media graphics to newsletter images
• Leading internal and external communication projects, including managing our blog by coordinating with copywriters and ensuring all content aligns with our brand guidelines
• Acting as a key communication person for internal marketing initiatives, keeping the team informed about upcoming events and new projects
• Crafting compelling newsletters and creating captivating stories and visuals for our social media presence
• Assisting with the organization of conferences and events, contributing to outreach and planning efforts

You are a perfect candidate if you have:

• A genuine passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• A proactive and creative mindset, with a keen eye for detail
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• A strong command of the Latvian and English language

Not a must but nice to have:

• Previous experience in a similar marketing role
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Meta Ads
• A university degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications)
