Partnership Project Manager
We're looking for a Partnership Project Manager!

We will entrust you with:
- Strengthening and developing relationships with existing partners
- Researching and identifying new strategic partnership opportunities
- Setting clear partnership goals and taking ownership to drive them forward
- Creating and maintaining internal documentation for partnership tracking and reporting
- Participating in marketing activities, assisting with coordination, and joining partnership meetings
- Coordinating efforts between partners, internal teams, and marketing to align messaging and initiatives
- Monitoring eCommerce and technology trends to uncover new ideas and collaboration possibilities
- Ensuring clear and consistent communication across all involved parties
- Working closely with Account Managers to align on partner opportunities and positioning
- Educating the team, especially Account Managers, about partner technologies, positioning, and value

You are a perfect candidate if you have:
- Excellent communication skills both in Latvian and English - you can confidently talk to partners, internal teams and clients
- Experience in partnerships, business development, account management or similar roles
- Interest or experience in eCommerce platforms or technologies (e.g. Shopify, Adobe Commerce, Klaviyo, etc.)
- A structured and goal-oriented mindset — you can define partnership goals and work towards them
- Ability to translate partner value into clear positioning that others can understand
- Confidence to educate and support internal teams, especially Account Managers, on partner technologies and benefits
- Strong organization and follow-through skills — you can manage multiple partners and ongoing initiatives
- A natural tendency to take ownership, seek clarity, and make things happen without waiting for instructions
