We're looking for a Junior HR Specialist!

Are you proactive with a passion for people and a knack for finding the perfect talent?

We will entrust you with:

• Ensuring full-cycle recruitment from job ad creation and sourcing to interviewing and hiring
• Collaborating with hiring managers to find perfect matches and supporting them in making hiring decisions
• Proactively building a talent pool and headhunting
• Supporting the HR team with personnel document administration
• Working on various exciting HR projects based on your skills and professional aspirations

You are a perfect candidate if you have:

• Previous experience working in HR field, with exposure to recruitment processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and Latvian, both written and spoken
• The ability to adapt well in a dynamic and changing environment
• Willingness to learn a lot and grow within our team
