We will entrust you with:
- Developing and executing growth strategies that align with company goals
- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of specialists (SEO and email marketing)
- Taking full ownership of the growth department, defining and tracking key performance indicators to measure the success of growth initiatives
- Stepping in to solve problems and assist with client communication when needed
- Presenting growth strategies and results to key stakeholders
You are a perfect candidate if you have:
- A solid theoretical understanding and practical experience in SEO and email marketing
- A data-driven mindset with proven experience in defining and tracking KPIs
- Excellent organizational skills and high level of discipline
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to learning in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency both in English and Latvian
Not a must, but nice to have:
- Previous experience in a managerial role
- Prior experience in the field, with an energetic and challenge-driven approach to learning, and a proven ability to quickly pick up new concepts
- Background in eCommerce or agency environments
