We will entrust you with:
- Proactively seeking out new business opportunities through strategic cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and social media outreach (e.g., LinkedIn)
- Conducting initial discovery calls to understand potential clients' needs and challenges
- Clearly and compellingly articulating our value proposition to qualify leads and schedule meetings for the senior sales team
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified leads and meticulously tracking your activities in our CRM system
- Researching companies and key decision-makers to personalize your outreach and increase engagement rates
- Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and share market feedback
You are a perfect candidate if you have:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills both in English and Latvian; you can craft a compelling email and build rapport over the phone
- A resilient and positive attitude; you're not discouraged by rejection and see challenges as opportunities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle a high volume of outreach activities
- A proactive and self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A good understanding of sales principles and the importance of a structured sales process
Not a must, but nice to have:
- Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or telemarketing role
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement tools
- Experience with lead generation and prospecting techniques
