We will entrust you with:
- Overseeing and coordinating the creation and maintenance of the Internal Learning System, learning modules and knowledge platform
- Collaborating with specialists to ensure timely delivery of high-standard learning materials that align with company guidelines
- Adding completed learning materials to the internal system following technical guidelines
- Improving internal learning materials based on shared feedback
- Developing guidelines and processes for creating and maintaining learning materials
- Working with the Employee Experience Manager and department heads to develop and coordinate learning outlines for various roles
- Overseeing onboarding learning processes for all employees and having regular check-ins with mentors
- Organizing and overseeing external learning processes, communicating with schools, trainers, etc.
- Keeping the employee certification process in accordance with company needs and maintaining its continuity based on the guidelines
- Researching new certification options, corresponding with the needs of the positions
You are a perfect candidate if you have:
- Previous experience with HR related tasks and onboarding processes
- Proficiency in Latvian and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proactive, results-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently
- High attention to detail and precision when working with written text
Not a must, but nice to have:
- Previous experience with learning systems (for example, Moodle system)
